Pitch :

In Neon Noir, you play as Bleu, a mercenary-turned-detective hired by prosecutor Evelyn Kaine. Her daughter has been murdered, and despite the city’s advanced surveillance tech, the killer remains at large. Kaine suspects someone beyond the law is pulling the strings.

To uncover the truth, Bleu must navigate the neon-soaked streets of Erebus City, infiltrate corporate strongholds, and manipulate the corrupt underworld. But the deeper he digs, the more the city pushes back. In a world where justice is an illusion, how far is he willing to go?

My contributions :

  • Designed intricate point-and-click puzzles blending classic detective work with cyberpunk hacking mechanics.
  • Created branching dialogue systems allowing for moral choices, deception, and manipulation in investigations.
  • Developed a noir-inspired atmosphere using lighting, sound design, and storytelling techniques from classic hardboiled fiction.
  • Designed a dynamic information-gathering system where players can bribe, threaten, or blackmail NPCs for clues, shaping the investigation’s outcome.
